Offered once each academic year, the Disney Leadership Seminar is an interdisciplinary journey designed to immerse participants within one of the most iconic and recognizable global brands.

Fall 2026 - 15 Weeks - 3 Credits
This 15-week, research-based course is open to students from all academic majors and offers a rare opportunity to experience Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, as both a destination and a case study.
Throughout the semester, students will explore Disney through multiple academic lenses—ranging from business and leadership to creativity, culture, and innovation—while developing skills in critical thinking and applied research.
A highlight of the course includes one week immersed in Walt Disney World, where classroom concepts come to life through direct observation, site visits, and guided exploration. Students will design and customize their own research projects, tailoring their work to align with personal interests, academic goals, and professional aspirations.

Prior to the Thanksgiving break, the cohort will travel to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Your time in each of the four theme parks will push you to apply what you have learned, interact with cast members, visit locations unseen by guests, and attend two Disney Leadership Seminar classes. Each day is truly an adventure with many additional surprises awaiting.
